In 2023, ENAC granted Applus+ the accreditation to be able to act as an Urban Development Collaborating Entity of the Valencian Community and offer users, companies or developers who require a building permit a speeding up of the licensing procedures.
Applus+, through various tests and inspections, carries out a verification and control of compliance with the requirements of the applicable regulations based on Law 5/2014 of 25 July to carry out urban development activities in the Valencian Community, and issues a Certificate of Conformity for the requested activity in the event that it is favourable.
This Certificate has the same validity as the reports issued by the municipal technical services and, therefore, once it is presented to the corresponding City Council, it will enable the applicant to begin the works immediately, which means a reduction in both management time and costs.
